Ok, I'm sooooo tired of hearing " Eagles vs. Vikings " thing. This is how I look at it:

QBs- McNabb is a top 5 QB when healthy. Problem is that he can't stay healthy for one full season. TJ strives to be McNabb. And he's simply not there yet. Eagles advantage.

RBs- Westbrook is a versatile RB and Peterson is just a monster. After one hell of a rookie season, AP will be looking to do it again. Vikings advantage.

FBs- I don't really care lol

WRs- Even though we didn't acquire a star WR, we still have a decent corps. Curtis is looking for another 1,000 yd season and Brown will do ok. As for the Vikes, Sidney Rice has potential and Bernard Berrian could play well. Eagles have advantage.

OLINE- Eagles have a great OLINE with Andrews, Runyan, Herremans and the underrated Thomas. However, Jackson is very inconsistent. The Vikes have Hutchinson, McKinnie and who else? Advantage Eagles.

DLINE- Jared Allen, the two Williams, need I say more? Advantage Vikes.

LBs- They're pretty much close. Vikings with slight advantage.

Secondary- Asante Samuel, B-Dawk, Sheldon Brown, and Lito Sheppard = the Vikes only have Sharper and Winfield. Eagles have advantage.

These are just my views, and in the end, I think the Eagles will take it. I admit the Vikings are gonna be a good team but I'm not being bias, I'm just stating my opinions. Thoughts?

So before i start (because this is going to look very bad since i'm a Vikings fan) everything i'm about to say is bias free. Ask anyone on here that knows me from way back i am very diplomatic and even tho root for the Vikings i do a very good job of keeping a clear head. However, with that being said....

the Vikings OLine is much better than the Eagles...Hutchinson, McKinnie and Birk...there is a reason why AP and Taylor have done so well. And you didn't judge the linebackers. Vikings have a great young core with Henderson, Leber and Greenway, the Eagles have a VERY young linebacking core. I have to give the advantage to the Vikings.

In a game i would have to take the Vikings. I believe that their rushing game would dominate because the Eagles don't have a strong enough front seven to stop Peterson and Taylor. So even with tho the Eagles have a dominating secondary it wouldn't really matter because i don't think the TJax would need to pass to win. And defensively i believe that the Vikigs would dominate the line and their secondary is good enough to stop a somewhat average group of Eagles recievers.

this game will come right down to the wire. however, i think the eagles will pull it off. broadst, i disagree with your oline though; i think the vikes have a better oline with the eagles not too far behind. everything else looks right.

I say vikes..

Qb- Obviously belongs to Philly, but as long as TJax can manage a game he doesn't need to pass, but if he does, vikes are screwed. Advantage Eagles.

Rb- Westbrook is a top 3 back, but Adrian Peterson will eventually become the best, if he isn't by the end of this year. Not only that, but they got Chester Taylor. Vikes on this one.

WR- Pretty much a tie in my books. No one really stands out, and the best receiver in each group is unproven. Tie.

Oline- Philly has a great line, but Minnesota has the best left side in all of football, and possibly the best line period. Vikes

Dline- Allen, Kevin and Pat Williams, and it doesn't really matter who else, that's nufced.

LBs- got to go with the vikes here. Underated group, but they've shown playmaking ability. The Eagles don't really have a proven group. Vikes

DBs- Hands down Eagles, but the vikes have a descent group, and couple wit hthat pass rush, will make them look good. Advantage Eagles

I think this would be a great game, but the vikes take it.

The only problem with that this that was LAST year!! The Vikings added Allen and Berrian and TJax has improved a lot since then. And the Eagles added Asante Samuel. So i don't care what happed last year because at least for the Vikings it's a much more improved team. So it is far from case closed.
