thats cool but i think that the 67 Raiders were the most dominant team during the entire 10 year reign of the AFL.

I don't know if you have checked this out before, go to nfl.com, then to the section of "this day in history" then click where it says "more history", it will give you alot of information.

Well i always wonder how a team like the 67 Raiders lost the superbowl to the old green bay packers during that time because the Raiders had a better offense and defense then packers did and ran threw the AFL like nobody did before.

Here's another question. How did the Raiders not beat the NY Jets in the 68 AFL Championship game, the Raiders were probably the best team in the AFL that year and the Jets were probably no better than the 3rd best team.

Jets were the 3rd best team with an 11-3 record why the raiders and the chiefs were tied for first with a 12-2 record but for some reason the jets had home field advantage in the afl championship game and i guess that is how they won.

How did the Chiefs beat the Raiders in the 69 AFL championship game in the Raiders own home field?

I think the Chiefs and Raiders were pretty evenly matched in 1969 unlike in 1968. The Raiders did beat the Chiefs twice in 69, but they were close games. I believe that the Chiefs wanted the AFL championship more than Oakland did. The Chiefs had a great defense in 69 and they showed it in that game as well as the Superbowl.
