According to one league source, the Raiders have already maneuvered their way into position to strike quickly on Philadelphia's Jeff Garcia, who becomes a free agent at 9:01 p.m. (West coast time) when his contract expires.
Garcia in silver and black would serve as additional momentum for the JaMarcus Russell bandwagon since he's 37 years old and would give the LSU manchild time to grow into his position.
it wont matter, they need to address o-line, they could get Peyton Manning in a trade and without that o-line it wouldnt make any sense.
I dont understand this the o-line is getting to much crap its the same o-line they had when collins was there and even gannon except for the rookies has anyone stop to think it was the coaching and the offense were running a change in coaching means a difference in offense. Personally i dont think our line is half bad some of those guys quit last year i know grove and sims will be back on top of their game. im not saying we dont need some one else to help out but imo i dont think OL is a bigger need than a qb, or rb for that matter. Hell i heard lamont might go.
Garcia is a gamer but he is system Qb. Right now i think he would fit in with what Kiffin is trying to do. I like the possibility of having an experience QB to help out the young Qbs.
