They also drafted Henderson on day one, he could push McQuistan inside eventally. With the Raiders O-Line, at this point I dont think it is so much the personel, I think the unit needs consitant coaching, and especially wioth Gallery, stability. You would think Art Shell of all people would have been able to get the most out of that unit ( I sure did) but he may have been too tied up with other issues

yeah, Shell would seemingly be the perfect coach for that unit, so what do they do, hire Kiffen, HUH!! I think that the whole porter situation with the way it escalated made the team resent shell and not trust him as a coach, which caused a lot of tension. Also the team had to know that Shell was a giant hand puppet for davis.

Also, I think Henderson won't play this year, He is tall and athletic, but shows no aggression when playing and has too little upper body strength so you can forget about him widening rushing lanes at this point. and plays to upright and is susceptible at his legs. He has good foot speed but struggles against stunts and would get creamed in that division. He could be good in time, but he needs 2 things, coaching and a dedicated commitment to the weight room to build his upper body. I seriously doubt he gets on the field this season unless absolutely necessary and if that's the case then there would be other problems to big to overcome at that point. And he didn't even really play that well at FSU until the end of his college career

Ya, I think hje is more a LT thing. I think McQuistan has the ability to play inside, and if Henderson can prove a good LT in 2 or 3 years, McQ can be moved inside
