I would think that teams are only looking at him as a backup because of how often he is injured.

The Eagles inked Westbrook last season to a long term deal and would only be shopping for a backup to take the short yardage carries.

It's not inconceivable that they're interested, but they won't get into a bidding war over a backup player (at least in terms of their need for a backup and not a starter).

The EAGLES do not want a short yardage or 3rd down back, they want a guy they can mix in whenever, Brown would fill that role, but they are not going to get into a bidding war, it just won't happen.
