The Eagles continued to sign their draft picks, agreeing to 4-year deals with tight end Brent Celek and cornerback Rashad Barksdale today.
Celek, a fifth-round selection from Cincinnati, and Barksdale, a sixth-rounder from Albany, join Stewart Bradley, Tony Hunt and C.J. Gaddis as 2007 picks already under contract.
Celek, 22, led all Big East tight ends with 35 receptions and 481 yards as a senior. He had three touchdowns.
Barksdale, 23, walked on to the Albany football team as a senior and started 10 games with 37 tackles and three interceptions. He spent two seasons as a baseball player at Albany, batting .288 with 49 runs, three home runs and 24 RBI in 79 games.
Remaining unsigned Eagles draft picks are second-rounders Kevin Kolb and Victor Abiamiri and seventh-rounder Nate Ilaoa.
