Default Brown making the Grade

While it is still camp and everyone looks good in shorts Brown might be ready to surprise some people. While they have been a few diehard Eagles fans that are going to say they saw this coming most people were think he was a year away from having his break out season and should not be counted as a # 1 just yet. But with a pass happy offense and no proven #1 someone is going to have to step up.

I think brown can make the transition, people say it will be hard and argue that there is no one else to take coverage, but don't underestimate gaffney, he is a crisp route runner with sure hands that will finally be on a team that has the ability to pass. also, with lj and westbrook catching thier fair share, brown could have a great year.

The Texans signed Moulds because Gaffney was not able to do that in Houston. He is another FL WR that has not made the switch to the NFL.

you are wrong about that manster, gaffney caught darn near everything that was thrown his way and always ran great routes. Carr spent so much time running around or on his back that it limited the throws for the receivers. Moulds was signed because gaffney left. He has been known as a hands guy (very few drops) and a great route runner trapped in an awful situation since he came in the league.

Gaffney couldnt have shown his true worth when Carr had 7 foot Dlinemen Screeching his way every second

i'm not saying Gaffney is good, i'm just saying he deserves his shot
