Profootballtalk.com just apologized to Bunkley, his agent, and the Bunkley family for incorrectly naming Bunkley as being the one arrested in the Gaffney incident.

Bunkley is in contract talks with the Eagles with his agent. Both have an interest in the outcome of that negotiation.

So, who sues PFT first, ...Bunkley? ...or his agent?

no one sues PFT, everybody knows that they are BS, It even says rumormill. If everyone that they were wrong about sued them, they would be in hella trouble. People know to take them with a grain of salt.

I say the agent still sues. That's why if Bunkley ever does then it will be after the agent.
