Did we release Lewis? Last I checked, he stretched the field out nicely when he wasn't required to be a starter...
We've got a nice #2 WR and a few #3 and #4s... we need that solid #1. If we don't land a solid FA I think we should seriously consider Holmes, eveb though we have other positions that need to be looked at. He is a very solid WR who runs great routes and doesn't disappear in big games.

To me Holmes isn't a #1 and I wouldn't want to use a 1st round pick on him. Can he contribute early? He probably can but I think he'll just get mixed in with what we already have and not really distinguish himself.
