Johnson is a great running back but he's somewhat disgruntled and not your "team first" attitude. I don't think he'd fit. Plus, I think Westbrook has proven he's more than a 3rd down back, he's emerging as a face to this franchise. I doubt you cloud his image by bringing in a guy that clearly is going to demand the ball at least 70-75% of the time.
And I also think Tony Hunt is going to get every opportunity to be situational pounding back

I dont see it happening. Personally, i just dont value a RB, even as good as LJ, that highly, he's not, IMO, worth a single 1st round pick, much less two.........especially not when we have Westy.

the eagles wouldn't have to give up two 1st round picks. that would be negociated down because the cheifs are in no position to strong arm anyone.
You gotta love what LJ/Westbrook would mean for that offense though. Personal achievments aside, that would be hands down the best backfield in football playing behind one of the best quarterbacks in football ...
That could be a scary and deep offense right there.

I think it would have to be a player swap of some kind

I don't even like the idea of it. Westbrook is the perfect fit for that offense. Johnson is the focal point of that offense, with 400+ carries. With that tread, he doesn't project to that have much value. I think Westbrook, Buckhalter, and Hunt is perfect for the birds.
Plus that's too much money to pay for 2 starting RB's.
And what if they pay Johnson twice?

all playing in front of one of the biggest, nastiest o-lines in football as well.
