This shows the character of Randal El. Not many players today are willing to take less pay to stay with their team. Whether or not the Steelers will make a run at him is unsure, but they should. I'm just not confindent in Quincy Morgan in the #2 spot.

On offense though I really don't think there's much of a difference between him and Cedric Wilson. Special teams will take a hit, but on O, especially with Miller there I don't see them missing him too much.
