Quarterback Donovan McNabb left Sunday's 17-7 win over the Dolphins in the second quarter with a sprained ankle. X-rays were negative.
Following the game, head coach Andy Reid noted that his quarterback's injury was not a high-ankle sprain. McNabb's status for next Sunday's game at New England is uncertain at this point.
"We'll see how he does," Reid said. "Tonight (Sunday) and tomorrow are key days just to see with the swelling and the soreness, keep that down. If Donovan's healthy, he's the quarterback."

McNabb watched the second half from the sidelines and cheered on backup A.J. Feeley and his teammates as the Eagles rallied for 14 unanswered points to win the game. Feeley was efficient, completing 13 of 19 passes for 116 yards, with one touchdown and one interception.
On a third-and-10 from the Dolphins' 16-yard line, McNabb took the snap out of the shotgun and rolled to his right. With pressure coming from Miami cornerback Michael Lehan on a blitz, McNabb threw the ball out of bounds just before he was knocked to the ground by Lehan. McNabb got up and limped to the sideline where he talked with trainers before heading to the locker room.
"I knew that I was done," McNabb said. "No reason to go back out there."
Added Reid: "The thing was sore. He couldn't run with it. I wasn't going to stick him out there."
McNabb was 3 of 11 for 34 yards, with two interceptions before he left the game. For the year, McNabb is 195 of 326 (59.8 percent) for 2,329 yards, 13 touchdowns and six interceptions.
