I hear that and he is only 26 and had his best year ever. I would love to see him in EAGLE green

Now why is that? At FS we already have Dawkins, and with the way he conditions himself he has at least 2 more years left here. Paying a guy 5 million per to sit behind him or play out of position doesnt make sense.

With Samuel you would have about 3 pro-bowl CB's on the roster. You could always try to deal Lito or Brown or keep them...Lito and Brown are making next to nothing for CB's these days. In order to keep up with the passing of teams like Dallas, GB, Indy and NE you are going to need CB"s...having Brown, Lito and Samuel you could match up against ANY team and bring the heat.

But I think both Wilson and Dawkins can play both Saftey positions. Wilson is good enough in run support to play SS

I'm tired of guys here playing out of position. If we need a SS...then get one. Phillips or Barrett should be there when we pick and both would be less money then Wilson and actual SS in the NFL.

LOL, it's just typical Eagles fans man. One year they get pissed because we dont spend the money, then tyhe next they hear rumors about us spending it and then it's a mistake, it's just amazing.

Gibril Wilson has always been a FS, why in the hell is everyone putting him on a team with one? Why is he just a star all of a sudden?? I like the guy and I wouldnt mind if we got him but it has to come in the right combination. If they can add say him, Odom and one of the WR's I would be alright with it.

The thing I see in Wilson is that he is similar to Hamlin in that he is a natural FS, but not really out of positon as a SS. Both are run supporting FS's who are decent in coverage at FS

Only Hamlin made the pro-bowl and was franchised.....Wilson was let go, I think there's a lot to be said in that alone IMO.

Pro Bowl is overrated as far as judging how good a player is. Plus you gotta remeber Dallas has had a huge void at FS since Woody D hung them up, so locking up a quality player. The tag is something alot of teams dont use, even for a Saftey

Wilson is awesome in run support and can get off the block and knows how to tackle. I think he is more of a S that can play both positions.
