He's actually from San Jose, but I don't think Oakland is far from San Jose. It would be nice if we acquired him, but right now it seems like the best safety available is Eugene Wilson.

Wilson looks like a slim possibility as of now, it looks like he's close to signing a deal with the Raiders.
I just dont think he's on the radar anymore. The secondary IMO looks about shored up at this point and the 5+ million he wants, how they feel about Mikel and his west coast roots I'm not so sure he is something we're looking at.
You never know though, Reid did say in the press conferance today that they are looking to improve the D. They did today but they may not be done.
I wouldn't mind Eugene Wilson, but you're right San Jose isn't far from Santa Cruz either, I actually live out here in southern cal after spending most of my life born and raised in philly
bigboy, I just wish that someone asked the question, will you continue, I posted the link to listen to the press conference during anthony gargano's show and the best part was the end, lol
Ahh well, we could still take a shot at signing Eugene Wilson if we make an attempt at landing him. Haha, we should just rob New England of all its good players on the market. Then we would be the new Patriots, of course without the spying part.

Eugene Wilson was a guy I thought they would target when FA opened. He has experiance at both CB and FS and we needed a versitile guy like that. We still could but have now Lito, Sheldon, Samuel and Hanson the need isnt there for a CB' Also, with Dawkins, Mikell, COnsidine and Reed I;m not suire they address that either.
