Default Eagles sign TE/FB/H-Back Wilson

Quote:
Tight end Kris Wilson has signed a three-year deal with the Eagles. The 26-year-old Wilson spent the last four seasons in Kansas City, where he caught 42 passes for 345 yards and four touchdowns as a tight end, H-back and fullback. Wilson also has 15 career tackles on special teams. In 2007, Wilson registered a career-high 24 receptions for 180 yards and one score as he started 12 games at fullback.

Born in Harrisburg, PA, and a product of J.P. McCaskey High School in Lancaster, the 6-2, 251-pound Wilson was a 2nd round draft choice of the Chiefs in 2004 from the University of Pittsburgh.
Fullback problem solved?

if so then why did they sign Klecko whom they said they will use as a FB, this one shows me that they will use him all over and less likely as a FB

No idea, but some people are saying he's a weapon in the red zone. Looks like the end of Matt Schobel though.

he is going to be used as a TE only. He will fight with schaub and celek to make the 2 TE spots behind Smith. If he makes the team, he could have the chance to win the main TE spot.
