Right now I hope we can get Jackson, Hardy, or Thomas. But I really don't think we're gonna draft a WR in the first. And hopefully we can get a deal done for Sheppard.

I dont see why we wouldent its one of our biggest gaps. Our defense imo is fine. We have a good QB and a RB on offense. We need a #1 receiver curtis is the closest thing we have to a #1. Curtis is a # 2 and brown avant and baskett are #3.

I want Phillips, thats who I want, I wanted a S last year, but they all got picked before us. Gholston is a monster, one of those special players. I am about 99% that chris long is going #1. You figure that #1 is about 35 million locked down - there are only a few positions that you sink that much money into and I just don't think that Ryan is #1 overall material. Chris Long is almost a no brainer.

If the dolphins keep the pick, he will. But Parcells is most certainly gonna trade out. Its anyones guys after that

i would agree that the Dolphins trade, but

A. teams are more skeptical to give up what it would take to have the #1 pick
B. Give up all that and still have to pay 35 million + to the guy you take
C. Who is out there worth trading up to the #1 slot and who would be willing to do anything?

I just don't see how he can move out of #1 without taking less than what is worth the #1.

One thing you gotta remeber about Parcells tho is that he really values mid round picks

one of our issues is we've only had one good pass rusher and not enough push up the middle. gholston is a beast and would negate any non push from our dt's.

there is no way the eagles spend #19 on a wr. the few that they would consider would be gone so they would look at safety imo and there is no way in hell the eagles would trade up to get a wideout.

also, the eagles gain nothing by keeping sheppard at this point. the only option is to trade him.

It really makes our nickel defense super strong to keep Lito. Hansen had a good end to the season, but Lito is better than him. I do agree that trading him is optimal because we could upgrade in areas of real need.

I also think Juqua Thomas applied great pressure from the end, & Bunkley and Patterson were getting better and better all season long.

Lito to me is the same player as Anthony Henry. Very good CB when he is %100, but gets hurt to much and doesnt play well hurt.

I think the Nickel is the best place for both. Limit there chances to get hurt, and they would be effective players more than not

I dont know the draft class to well. Do you think there will be a wide receiver worth takeing in the 2nd round.
