that's the issue with smith just as it is with sheppard.
i'll admit i was a big fan of his at rutgers and was very excited when we drafted him but for one reason or another he has not lived up to his potential.
we need a good te in this offense. it opens things up for when the defense has to account for the te. especially in 3rd down situations and in the redzone.
i wondered why we didn't grab crumpler, where his knees that much of a question at this point ?
