hes not a dumb coach he plays to teams strenths, hes switched from 4-3 to cover 2, and i would like to think he would relize our team is built for 3-4, but there is some vicious packages that could come from 2 defensive geniuses....but them im not sure what we would do for offense lol

Im not talking about switching to a 4-3. Im talking about having some 4-3 packages if you wanted to throw a different look out on the field in certain situations, and confuse opponents.
