No your wrong, see it was cowher, cowher babied ben like he always has, there is no way he shouldve played against oakland or jacksonville but cowher let him walk all over him. It wasnt the accident as much as it was been being stubborn after the concussion and surgery. Our oline was dominate at times, and again it was gameplanning when it was good and when it sucked. Our entire gameplan agaisnt the ravens was pathetic, willie parker cannot block bart scott, and yet they tried over and over to do it, you could tell except for a few games...cowher just didnt care. But it wasnt as much bens fault as it was cowher letting him play hurt, because he is errible when hes hurt, he played great healthy and alot of games lost werent his fault at all....atlanta, denver, cincy..and we could have been in the playoffs if we beat the raiders.
Mabey its a good thing we didnt make the playoffs, ben needs a full offseason which hes never had and i hope tomlin just motivates the hell out of the team so we can be up and running again next year.
Well I can kind of understand why Bill Cowher wanted to have Ben playing in the Jacksonville game because he wanted a QB that lead them to the Super Bowl the Previous year to come back as quik as possible...But towards the end of the season I dodnt know why Bill didnt put Charlie Batch in...Hes not that bad of a QB.
torwards the end of the season we were winning, batch shouldve played the jacksonville game and our whole season wouldve been different....but why put batch in when were winning and on the verge of the playoffs? we won the second half of the season, except the baltimore games which i couldnt begin to explain those massacres, what terrible gameplans and execution that was.

Yea, that was horrible game planning and Ben was doing awful holding on to the ball too long and not accurate one bit.
