I dont think they need any more running backs. They got power backs that can do the job in Staley and Haynes.

not only do they have staley and haynes, but they also drafted cedric humes out of v-tech for that role in the future as well.

i think parker will have the same role as last year he will get the carries until they get inside the 10 but instead of bettis they have staley

I think Parker can handle a full load.. they should at least give him a chance to at least..

if duckett does go to the steelers he will be a 3rd down and goaline back only...parker and staley will handle the rest...

yeh i guess but i dont think the steelers really need them...there 3rd RB, haynes, is really good and will got some carries this year...they dont really need duckett

Finally someone mentions this guy. Humes is a great north/south bruiser. He hits the hole hard and quick and is a load to tackle. In college he averaged over 4 yards a carry. Like Haynes, he can play both full and half back. With some time and good coaching you guys will see him be productive. If Staley can't stay healthy, we'll probally see him sooner than later. My faith of the Steelers bruising running game is with this guy.
