If anyone is near the Raleigh, NC area, the NC Fairgrounds is holding its annual Health & Fitness Festival. Jerome Bettis will be there signing autographs and shaking hands. My wife and I were planning on going for the health & fitness exhibits... but this will make the trip really worth it.

whats done is done and it can't be changed you just have to work hard to show people your better then what you have shown.

Jerome was a really nice guy ... there were a lot of people and I've never seen so many Steelers jerseys, T-shirts, caps and jackets in North Carolina before. Because of time constraints (only an hour), he wasn't able to talk to everyone... it was rushed, but he seemed like a friendly, personable individual. The only downsides were the short time (as I mentioned previously) and that the line was freakin' long!
