no they cannot repeat. they lost there onely deep threat and moss i dont think is going to do well his rookie season. they lost a leader and a power rusher in bettis which is invaluable. they lost hope which was a huge part of there d. i still see them winning the division just not winning the superbowl

I agree, but many teams are excited to "play the champs" just to see how good they can do.
If they loose no big deal because they were supposed to.
But if they win WOW now every bodys talking about/watching you.

They're damn well a threat to repeat, but there's a few teams that are contenders. This season will come down to who can produce in the playoffs because we've all seen the Colts storm through the season and fail in the playoffs.

i've said this for awile, they won't repeat
They shouldn't have won (although i bet on their momentum )

they have a tough division, a tough conference...
possibly i could see them not getting into the playoffs

i didnt see them improve at all in the offseason, Santonio holmes is already in trouble

you guys just wish you could be as good as Pittsbrugh, they have as good of a chance as anybody else.

name the teams that have a better chance, because if you say Indy,NE,Denver, Cinncy or anyone else in the AFC they all have to play each other and Pittsbrugh. Pittsbrugh can beat any of these teams and they did last year so they have as good a chance as anyone

also about the super bowl, everyone needs to just drop the whole "the refs won Pittsbrugh the super bowl". Pittsbrugh still had to score the points and play the game and stop the seahawks from scoring. why dont anyone talk about the refs missing the 2, not 1 but 2, fumbles that the seahawks had. that went against Pittsbrugh, also they had to win, and do something that no other team had done in the history of the NFL, and beat three great teams on the road and they can do it again this year. in one of those games the refs just about cost the steelers a super bowl with a bad call, so they do not get everything their way.

A threat to repeat?!?! Listen Pee-Pee (that is your name right?), the Steelers just happened to go on a good winning streak at the right time. Everybody outside of Pittsburgh know that the refs were a huge, huge factor in you guys winning that SB. Whether you want to see it that way or not is up to you, but you're going to have a very hard time making alot of people here on this site think otherwise.

What about your own QB admitting that he never made it into the endzone???? The Jerome Bettis storyline kinda tipped things in your favor also.
