I never claimed you said it, Jayme. I also wasn`t the one who compared him to Aikman or Manning. You says it isn`t fair to compare them, but then you go off on a rant and...Compare him to Manning AND Elways...lol. Just be happy with what he is. He`s a winner who manages his offense greatly. People always say Brady is a product of his system, and I say so what? Montana was a perfect fit for the Niners system. It`s not a putdown to say this about a QB. Just be happy you have a great QB and stop making such outrageous claims. He isn`t Manning, he isn`t Aikman, and He isn`t Elway. He is Ben Roethlisberger, Superbowl winning QB.

I dont see Manning ever being a superbowl winner, each year he loses next years playoffs get that much harder. He will break records and put up huge numbers and win MVPs...good for him he will forever be the king of fantasy football.

Well, I guess I misunderstood what you were saying then. You can compare him to them and say he isn't like them yeah, but to say who's better at this stage in the game is what I was referring to not being able to do. We're looking at finished products with Manning, Aikman, Elway etc, whereas Roethlisberger isn't anywhere near his max potential yet (I hope anyway lol). I was comparing him in style to Elway, not greatness.

And I disagree that Brady, Montana, Big Ben type guys are products of their system. They make big plays when they need to, and do what they have to. Not every QB can do that. I made no outrageous claims whatsoever, unless I misworded something and it came out differently than I intended.

There is nothing outrageous in comparing styles or types of players. Comparing a guy who played 2 years to a HOF as far as saying he's as good as them, yes....that would be outrageous, but that's not what I did...or at least not what I intended to imply.

I think it'd be hard for him to come back as anything but a HC or maybe GM. We'd most likely be set at either one of those if he came back after a couple years off. That's just my take on it, who knows?

Yeah I'm sure Rooney would find a place for him somewhere, but with the team already being so stacked at all the positions I could envision Cowher being in, I don't know where he would fit lol.
