doesn't mean they won't do good in the regular season, but as a team you'd still like to win at least one preseason game.

Yea story of my life, the steelers preseason is always awful, its kinda depressing, but then again its preseason.

Omar Jacobs looked good against the panthers oddly enough, he completed most of his passes and had like 200 yards.

Well I guess I'm secretly happy they did poorly but it is just preseason. Really means nothing. When the Mariners won 116 games in 2001 (an MLB record) they did horrible in the preseason. I'm not saying the Steelers are going to go 16-0 but I am saying that preseason means almost nothing.

LMAO....well said.

Bill cowher is weird when it comes to preseason. I wouldve liked to see ben play a series, but if Cowher thinks hes ready, i beleive him. The games were so bad because our rookie QBs are so terrible, hell Charlie batch only threw 4 passes before he was pulled. Jacobs had a good game and really did everything he had to do to win, there was a roughing the passer penalty or something that let them kick a last second FG, but oh well. Anyway my point is Cowher obviously isnt a fan of preseason and he never has been. Not one steelers starting defensive player played one second of this game and the Oline played for about 2 mintes with parker and ben out.

Hahaha, thank you. But ya, I see what your saying. Cowher isn't a fan of preseason. Some coaches are like that.
