Who will be on the market (affordable), S. Alexander, isn't exactly affordable for the Steelers.

I like Mo Morris, from the 'Hawks. He might be a little smaller than what others had in mind. I believe Dookie Davenport, A train and Ron Dayne are also available if you're into bigger backs. Personally, I'd probably look at Davenport and Davenport only of those guys.

SDOGO has a very helpful website for FA. Check it out

I don't think it would be very wise to go into next season with just Parker, Duce and Haynes (who is a FA I believe).

We'll have to take one in the draft or get a FA. Maybe both if Haynes leaves.

Behind the right line Dayne might be good. But I wouldn't exactly take a chance on him. Morris is intriguing, and I don't know much about Davenport.

I don't like Dayne but I'm sure his name will come up as he is a "big name" and will be a low cost option.

I am still not convinced that Dayne isn't a big waste of space.

One play on TurkeyDay for the Donkeys doesn't make up for previous years of bustitude with the Giants.

True, we need a guy that can play as a starter, let Haggans go, keep Duce until training camp at least, then make Parker the new third down back. With his speed an opposing D would have to respect the run on third down no matter how far we had to go to get it. Bring in a FA or a decent rook to challenge Duce, because odds are he will replace Duce either way three weeks into next season.

I do not see Hartings finishing another season, and the Steelers will NOT keep him around at the money he is making. He will take a HUGE cut or go the way of the dodo bird. It's just a shame we do not have a good replacement for him. Okobi blows chunks. If I am the FO, my draft is set to have at least 2 (relatively) high O-Line selections.

I do not see Hope returning for sure. The only question that remains there is if Tyrone Carter can do a better job than Hope. I have not seen enough of this guy to formulate an opinion and that bothers me. I am tempted to call for a FS in round 1 if there are any good ones there.

El is as good as gone with our cap situation (between 4-5 mil over right now). Do we need to choose a WR with one of our top 3 selections? Can Cedric continue at the performance level he has shown us in the off-season? Can Washington be a reliable #3? These are all questions no one has the answer to and we might not want to gamble on them.

LB depth on this team (beyond Harrison, who should be a starter anyway) is just plain ****ed up! IMO we are one injury away from this 3-4 being useless against stronger teams....and that bothers me too.

Well, thats my list, and I know we can't fill all of that now so prioritization will be key.

Willie has his place but an upgrade at RB is essential IMO.

Antwan RandleEl is going to be a Chicago Bear.

Hes from Chicago, Chicago wants him, he probably would want to play there. And Chicago easily has the money to rake him in.
