Im not so sure of that. I thought he would be signed last season but he didn't even get a look. The only thing a team looking at him this season will have to go on is a good game against the stains, but any QB does that. I think they will be able to retain him for roughly the same money.

Except for Kyle Orton
But I agree, they should be able to holdon to him. He certainly isnt going to ask from more money.

He is fun to watch, especially when he hits Ward for 43 yards!
The Steelers will be missing him, I agree. He really seems to help in the clutch.

Tommy will be gone, thank god.
Batch is coming back.
ARE = 50/50. At the parade, fans said 're sign him, re sign him'. ARE smiled and said he wanted to come back, and told the Rooneys/Cowher to sign him. They will offer him a contract, i'm sure he'll get more money elsewhere but he does love Pittsburgh and is a very popular guy.
Uhmmmm, Hartings will need to take a paycut.
Bettis retiring puts us under the cap already, which is very good.

Hes from Chicago, Chicago wants him, he probably would want to play there. And Chicago easily has the money to rake him in.
Apparently the Pats are going to be interested too. From PFW:
Quote:
With a great degree of uncertainty at the WR position, we hear that the Patriots could be interested in free-agent WRs Antwaan Randle El or Joe Jurevicius this offseason.
