Giants4Life is on a distinguished road
Default Ben Roethlisberger/Eli Manning

These player were both top QBs in the 04 Draft but which will be better at the peak of their career? I gotta go with Manning. If this season is any sign Roethlisberger isnt gonna get much better.

Ben does have a Super Bowl, and a better winning percentage. But if you were to compare both of them right now. Its Eli just because Ben is not the same. The motercycle accident, fever, the surgery, another concussion. All that in 5 months. Nobody would be the same.

Ok, im obviously going with ben, but its not all homer (obviously some), is ben struggling right now....yes, should he be benched and rest for the year and stay away from sharp objects...probably, but when he is at his best he is good. You all hate him and i respect that, i would too. but for his first 2 seasons he really played great and after all these problems he has to treat this like hes starting over. I really dont expect much more from him this year, especially if we lose 1 more. He is capable of playing at a high level and has always been poised and a guy who come through in the clutch. If he can come back strong next year or hell, get himself together this year this will be a good football team again. Im sorry how biased this sounds and i like manning but i believe ben will bounce back...eventually

Hes allowed to have a bad season right?

This was exactly what I expected from you K. Good post. You showed you like Big Ben more without making an a** of yourself. Congrats.

I go with Ben. They really have not reached the peak of thier carreers yet. Ben already got a super bowl. Too much stuff happened to be in too short of time. They are both going to be good players in the future.
