NFL officials met with the Eagles yesterday to go over offseason rules changes. Among the most considerable is a prohibition against hitting a quarterback in the knees while he's passing, which seems a direct result of the injury suffered by Cincinnati's QB Carson Palmer last season. Other changes include some tweaking of the replay, including shortening the replay limit from 90 to 60 seconds and allowing fumble challenges even if the whistle had blown during the apparent fumble.
I like it alot
