I have to go with the Jets on this one. If you can go in and take out an undefeated team like they did and Favre is playing like he is then I will trust him over Cassel any day.

I still like the Jets overall, especially with their D, but I have to admit that Cassel had a hell of a game yesterday.

He did, I just don't know how much I would trust him in the playoffs.

True, he's inexperienced, and he'd probably be on a shorter leash.

If he gets them there then I think let will win or lose with him. I couldn't see them yanking him.

True, but the play calling will probably be more conservative, no?

I don't know because it seems like the more playing time he gets the more they will open it up for him. He hadn't played since High School so I think the more comfortable he is getting the more they will open it up for him. Just my opinion though.

Good point, and back-to-back 400+ yard games tends to disprove my theory, I must admit.

I don't think he will keep it up but you never know. All I know is that he will get PAID after this season.

Patriots have two tough games at Pittsburgh and Arizona. You lose those 2 and you're out. But remember, anything could happen. I still think Jets win. You don't stomp arguably the best team in the AFC and not be good. And they are leading. If the rest of the division loses and Jets win, I say its over.
