Default Celebration Etiquette

Let's get the preliminaries out of the way:

• First, scripted on-field celebrations have become the lamest, most exhausted, least meaningful act in professional sports.

• Second, the loser of a big game forfeits the right to get truly hot under the collar about what the winning team does, no matter how stupid it looks.

And so, putting these together, we arrive at the following conclusions:

1. The Patriots acted like kids celebrating a Little League win on Sunday;
2. It never looks any better no matter who's doing it; and
3. The Chargers are just gonna have to shut up about it.

I agree the celebrating was un called for in this round, but the worst part was LT complaning afterwards.

LT was complaining about the taunting, there is no room for that and you know that. besides LT has been in this league for 6 years and now when he decides to say somthing he doesnt like he gets called a crybaby. now if there isnt something wrong with that i dont know what is.

You forgot #4. LT and Rivers acting like b*tches and crying about the Pats celebration. Don't you think that the way LT celebrates a TD when he puts his hand to his helmet and flicks the ball off his hands is a way of taunting too?

like i said before there is a difference between celebrating a big play when your not facing your opponent and when you facing them taunting. why are you making a big deal outta this, im just positing articles as i see them. the Pats moved on we didnt, no matter how much people discuss this its not gonna change the outcome of the game.
