Yeah, I guess I'm not allowed to make a type-o. Funny how you knew what I meant? I know the pats are better then the chargers, why would I suck up to P-Rez? In the last 3 meetings my team has won. Pats ride is far from over, as long as brady can throw a ball, and a reliable defense, they will be in business. In the chargers defense the pats cheat? Okay, then explain how we beat them twice this year?

Another thing, you must've been happy we didn't play you last year, btu pray to god we don't play you this year, I think that will be the biggest asskicking in the decade. Not to mention Al Davis single handedly destroying the Raiders.

Which brings me to my next point. Intead of worrying about other teams, worry about yours, because quite frankly, if I was a raiders fan, I would be a very sad person.

with 20 of our key players under contract for 3 more seasons the window of opportunity is far from being closed. the Pats might have won 3 in a row against us but guess what the Raiders havent. so you know with our key players under contract that means that the Raiders have atleast 3 more years of getting their asses kicked.

Dont you mean the old Raiders?

3 more years?

You can see that far into the future in the NFL?

OK, if you say so.

The same players that have beaten a rebuilding storied franchise after yet another SB trip?

You keep forgetting that part.

Youre going to be another year into the Norv era.

The adjustment isnt over yet as Martys team morphs into the personality of their new coach.

That hasnt happened yet but when it does it wont be pretty.

And you thought the adjustment period was over right?

I hope you had fun because your party is coming to an end.

Your team is ultra thin for the first time in years.

In another thread you are talking about how there is adjustment to new coaches and how the personality of the coach will affect the team, but when many of the same things are said about Kiffen and his problems with management and the fact that he is a new coach still doesn't require adjustment of its own. Your hypocrisy is not so surprising. LOL

You mean I have to tell you the difference between inheriting a team that is in transition and inheriting a team that everyone says is a SB caliber team?

I had to tell you that?

This isnt Norvs team yet and I never said that the Raiders were Lanes team.

You missed my entire point didnt you?

Norvs personality will eventually creep into the mindset of the team. This isnt his team yet as its still Martys.

Anyone who has played ball and has had to deal with a coaching transition knows what Im talking about.

anyone who has had a new job or gone to a new place to live knows about transition, don't get all on your high horse buddy. the only reason the raiders were in transition is because they transitioned from a superbowl caliber team to a perennial cellar dwellar. The whole Art Shell debacle was enough make people look at Al Davis cross eyed. That Raider team will always be Al's team and the coach might as well be a nameless face.

I was just pointing out how you use one set of reasons to support one of your arguments while you use contradictory statements to support a different argument, just because you talk out of both sides or your mouth doesn't mean that I or anyone should be buying

Rice is a good fit tho. Not nearly as big as Turner, but a similar runner

They could take a late round flier on Alridge if they want a guy who can return kicks
