I had the same reaction at first but then I started watching video on this guy. Checkout Ninerholics... http://www.49ers.ipbhost.com/

They have a great video on him. This kid has some freaking burst. I also talked to a friend who is a writer for FFToday and he does a lot of intense scouting and he likes him a lot. He actually had him rated above Stovall and some of the others that I would have went with.

Im actually not sure if Saftey is that big of a need.

Let me explain why:

Rumph was a failure at CB, obviously, but he can be a good FS. Thats my personal opinion.

Meanwhile, Parrish is an older vet but still very good. IMO, I think a Saftey like Bing or Blue in the 4th or 5th round would be a good guy to groom behind Parrish.

We have the 100th pick in the 4th round which is the 3rd pick of the day tomorrow.

I disagree about Rumph. His 2nd year in the league he actually, quietly played well at corner. He was not moved to safety because he wasn't doing well at corner but because of necessity with all the injuries IMO.

I would like us to take Ko Simpson and start him opposite Parrish. But we might go with Bing too.

I'm not sold on Adams at all.
