He is a *******. Nolan is doing a much better job of coaching than the last couple of coaches. Mooch did a good job on taking a mediocre team to the playoffs, and winning a game. Nolan is trading away all teh former niner draft picks that have amounted to nothing, NOlan has already started building a solid o-line, he has already found an offensive coordinator that can be successful, he has already brough in defensive perosonnel to run the 3-4 scheme, in a year or 2 this looks like a good team. A head coach has to be the dictator, if you don't do what the coach tells you to do, well then in the NFL your out on your ***.

I love everything he said, especially the "his way or the highway"..it's about damn time we had a coach who wasn't a wimp.
Mooch was about as "buddy buddy" as you could be as a coach. In all of his years he benched ONE player, and one player only, and that was TO for standing on the star..which was about as dumb a reason you can find to bench a player.
Other than that, players never feared for their job.
Whether it was Winborn, Beaseley, Lloyd, and now Barton..all of those moves tell the players do not get comfortable, and never take on the coach.
There are zero top coaches in the NFL who don't do exactly that.
Parcells, Gibbs, etc..you mess with them, you're gone. Nolan is making the right decisions, and again, it's about time we got a coach with a spine.
