Niners fans, now that we improved by a whopping 2 wins from last year, this will be a crucial offseason and draft. Armed with a good amount of picks and about 20 million in cap space we should definitely upgrade our team to atleast 8 wins.

As far as the 9ers I don't see 8 wins this year...their team as a whole IMO just has no identity yet. I like Smith at QB but after that they are hurting on O, it's nice to see that they actually have some money to spend and can add a little here and there, I think they need a WR and I don't think Barlow is as bad as he seems and I like Gore so that's a start. I also think their D can be good too with a couple additions, I can see them getting to about 6 wins but have a much improved team as well.

TO be honest, I just hope they make progress. THey have some decent pieces. Peterson is not worth the Franchise Tag or the money te Potson's are asking. I think they need to continue to draft you th and depth. They surely won't be my niners from the Superbowl days, but with FA and the salary cap, every team is going to go through the cycle from bad to good.

Yeah and the 9ers hurt themselves a couple years ago with the way they played the cap, and if they just add some more young talent they should be fine and IMO picking where they do they can get a need player.
