Yeah, six games a QB does not make, but he's damn sure looking like a star in the making. Imagine if the niners draft Calvin Johnson or Ted Ginn. Could be a scary offense in San Fran down the line...

When they signed Norv Turner, i figured he would improve (i actually drafted him in the final round of one of my fantasy drafts ) but not this much this early in the season

I'll always wonder how Ginn would have done as a corner like he was recruited, and why Tress didn't play him on defense in that Purdue game his freshman year when we couldn't field a nickel package due to injuries. That was the one where Orton's backup tore us up.

Unfortunately our defense is the worst I've ever seen. It really is a joke. How does TJ Slaughter (a special teams linebacker who is slow as **** and can't tackle) end up covering Antonio Gates split wide on the 1st drive?

We are going to have to replace almost our entire D next year.

Alex Smith is 7th among QBs in the league!!! Our offense is the only thing that looks good to me this year. I agree we need to revamp our whole defense next year.

We have like 7 first day picks next, possibly 8 depending on compensation for all the FA's we lost.

Plus we have tons of cap money so we need to go hard after guys like Adalius Thomas, Lance Briggs, Michael Lewis, etc. etc. etc.
