I think those are Adidas gloves on Belichick's hand!

NFL spread itself out too much. They licensed everything off. I'm still pissed about the sole license to Madden...

This is just stupid

Nolan should be able to wear what ever he wants

Personally, i would rather see my coach look professional like nolan

Instead of looking like a homeless bum

yeah, whatever, like you'd really care what the **** your team's head coach wears if said coach brought three lombardis to your city.

Reebok should fight this all the way.

Raise your hand if you knew reebok made the apparel for the 49ers before reading this article. This is great press for them. I bet they're praying for ESPN to keep stirring this up.

You know the only other team/sponsor relation I know: Nike and the cowboys. remember that whole "bad press" story back about a decade ago with Deion?....yep, any press is good press.

Nike figured this out with Michael Jordan. the fact that MJ paid a 5,000 fine every game to wear Nike shoes when they first came out was the best marketting ploy EVER and made the "Air Jordan" an institutuion instead of just a shoe. sometimes people with college degrees are so dumb they don't know when they enabling the people whose behavior they're tring to change....how dumb do league officials have to be to see that game suspensions/tech fouls/etc was the only way to handle the situation

Take one guess who wound up picking up those 5,000 a game fines....best checks nike ever wrote.

Jordan and Nike built an empire together. I don't think any other athlete has even come close to having the type of influence Jordan had with Nike. Of course he had numerous other endorsements but that was the biggest by far.

I'll boil it down for you. **** Reebok. They were involved with those rookies missing OTA's too.

Nolan won.

They compromised and gave him all 8 home games in a suit. And Reebok doesn't make the decision. The NFL does.

Goodell 4tw.
