This guy was a steal in the 3rd round, no question about it. For a smaller back, I love his running style between the tackles and he keeps those legs moving.

His talent has really never been in question it's been his inability to stay on the field that's hurt him. It was actually one of his knee injuries that opened the door for McGahee, as Gore was the starter there, and some think if not for the injuries you may have not even heard of Willis.

i think gore was a big time recriut out of high school. some people say that he's lost speed after all the injuries

no question he has lost speed, but he still has the talent to be elusive which you cannot teach to a RB. If he could put together some consecutive games, he could be a fantasy player easy.

speed is overrated for Hb's anyways. My main concern about Gore would be that he might not be durable enough to carry 20 time a game

speed is overrated. Bennet was fast as hell, but it never mattered because he could never get out of the backfield.
