how are they going to get worse, they really didn't lose anyone this offseason, except for Hutch, and they gained Peterson which will really help the defense. Also they got Nate Burleson to help the passing game.
and what if Bulger or Holt get injured? Then the Rams season is over, so saying injuries can happen is pointless. As for history repeating it's self i don't buy into all that. Seattle only got better this offseason so there is no real reason they shouldn't win the division, even if it is a tougher division.

But remember Rams have a good back up this season who played great with Miami last year. And IF Holt got injured we have Bruce McDonald Curtis and more plus we can go to Jackson/Faulk
I agree with mick, they did lose hutch, but they got ashworth from the pats, they kept some key guys like bernard and upgraded with pederson. This is the ' hawks division until further notice
The Seahawks led the league in sacks last season and if everyone performs again it will be impossible to not add possibly 10-15 sacks on top of the 50 they had. Petterson is an athletic freak, Bernard is a good pass rusher, Daryl Tapp will help the depth, and speed, while the rookies that performed last year will probably continue to get better. They will win the division and have a chance to go deep into the playoffs. Hutch is great, but their additions while most likely off-set it.
I have to agree, the road does go through Seattle once again and yes the Hawks will finish 12-4 or 13-3. They have a convincing defense that will hurt you at any givin time and they will punish you in the middle for catching the ball. I am a true Seahawks fan and I say this is the bottom line, because I said so.
