13-3 for the Seahawks. They are going to be a dominating team this season. Plus, they did nicely in the draft (Kelly Jennings, Drryl Tapp, Rob Sims and Ryan Plackemeier).

If any team wants to go to the SB, they will have to get past the Seahawks to do it -- It is as simple as that.

Seattle has some pretty tough road games, plus there is always an average team that can surprise you and bite you in the rear. They will probably win their division but I think 13-3 may be pushing it.

i dont think it is pushin it they r the best team in the nfc with the panthers a close second

seahawks are the best team in the NFC right now. they went to the SB, there have been many changes in the league this year, but the road goes through seattle.
