prolly because we were avging 30 per game while only giving up 7.

But now after I read it.... all a team has too do lets say the colts

Manning throws a deep bomb to harrison... he catches it but they have no time outs down by 2 on the 10 yard line. Reggie wayne and harrison are both down there. Wayne snaps the ball to harrision then he spikes it . 5 yard penalty illegal formation colts win unless vandershank misses

edit; then there would be offsides on the defense? and the penalties offset

I'm going to join my uncle in High school reffing next year and a bunch of refs getting fired would make way for us
