The Bears owned his *** in the playoffs this year.
Too many times I have seen him drop big passes, or compeltly run a route out of bounds and not give his QB a shot to make a play. He is no top 15 WR in my book.

i think he's close. but i agree, he's not top-15.
no particular order, but guys i'd take before darrell jackson:
1. marvin harrison
2. torry holt
3. roy williams
4. terrell owens
5. hines ward
6. reggie wayne
7. randy moss
8. larry fitzgerald
9. anquan boldin
10. chad johnson
11. deion branch
12. steve smith
13. santana moss
14. andre johnson
15. javon walker
now, i think those 15 are pretty obviously higher on most people's lists. then you can start getting into the chris chambers, mark claytons, marques colstons, tj houshmanzadehs...the guys that can still light it up, but don't have the reputation of dropped balls and inconsistencies. darrell jackson is a good WR but not necessarily great. don't confuse production with talent. he's in a great offense that has a lot of other threats to take the pressure off and he doesn't see a lot of double-teams.
