Mike Sando, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the Seattle Seahawks have signed unrestricted free-agent TE Marcus Pollard (Lions) to a one-year contract. Financial terms were not disclosed.

I hope he doesn't have it. Be nice to see Seattle limping along again in the lame NFC West. I see Seattle has done really nothing this year and that's the reason.

Yeah i mentioned it in the stevens and the seahawks offseason thread, didnt feel the need to start a thread because its such a small signing. Obviously we could do a lot better than Marcus Pollard as our starting TE, but for 1 year, we could do worse. He is certainly an upgrade as a pass catcher compared to Heller.
