i had it as a gif, i just expanded the canvas of the video and when i imported it to image ready then to photoshop i kind of added on to it in photoshop, i needed to save it as a psd before i did the animation. It was a combo of gif, jpegs and psds which threw it off.....i converted it to psd and then did the animation and save optimized as a gif
