Looking at our schedule here, its going to be a long, long year.

We still have to play the Seahawks, Bengals, Eagles, Giants, Cowboys, Skins, Panthers twice, Saints twice, Falcons once more, Bears, Steelers, and Browns.

The only game I can see us outright winning on paper would be the Browns game. All the rest of those I'd say we have just as good a chance at losing, as we do of winning. If anything, I'd think we are going to be the underdogs in every game, except the Browns game, for the rest of the season.

If we do have a pitiful year, winning 3 or 4 games all year...do we look at Brady Quinn, the QB out of Notre Dame, at the top of the draft? Simms is on a one year, RFA contract this year. At the end of this year, he'll be a UFA, and I have a hard time believing he'll be re-signed at the rate he's going. Do we draft a rookie QB next year, or do we go out and sign a veteran FA? I don't see Gradkowski being our long term answer, either.

This is going to be an awful year, with us winning at most, AT MOST, 5 or 6 games.

So you honestly, at week 2 of the season think your team could go 1-15?

These first two games have been just terrible man. Every part of our team is looking like ****, I don't see them coming out of this funk until atleast Week 6. We're starting to get hit by injuries, the players aren't concentrating, and they DEFINITELY aren't executing. I don't know that I really believe we'll go 1-15...but 5-11, 6-10 sounds just about right.

Why are the Bucs struggling this year? You should still have a good defense based on last years play, I'm surprised?

That defense gave up over 300 yards, 300 yards, on the ground today to the Falcons. They set a franchise record for most rushing yards in a game on us today. The defense has been making plays, but they are far from the form they've set over the past decade or so.

The offense is strugging, putting up 3 points in two games. They're out of sync, the OL is still awful, Caddy I believe is still under 100 combined yards this season, and Simms is just killing us out there.

Special teams sucks, the coverage team isn't blowing returners up like they have in the past. We're losing the field position battle everytime. Our kicker missed a couple kicks today. Bidwell is still a good punter, and probably the only positive thing we've had on the team this year, but our coverage still sucks.

Play calling is dog ****, Gruden isn't making adjustments. No real rushing attack is allowing the opposing defenses to keep extra DBs in to stop the pass. Gruden keeps calling 3 step drops, and Simms keeps getting his passes knocked down. They aren't calling mid to long pass plays because there is absolutely no confidence in Simms at this point to make the throws, so every pass is a short pass. The DL is responding, batting down 1/3 of every Simms pass thrown this season.

Its just an all around mess. Where do we start?

Your offense is just sucking ***. In this league, a small regression in any area can send you plummeting into the depths of Sucktitude. The NFL is just too competitive.
