These guys were a joke if you asked anybody a month ago. Fujita? Shanle? Simoneau in the middle? Now they're flying to the ball, and with the addition of Hollis Thomas in the trenches, they held the Falcons to 60 yards rushing if you don't include Vick, then before that the Packers to 63. And the most important one, 3-0 and on top of the South. Say all you want about cliches and all that **** but Sean Payton has taken a bunch of no-names (including himself) and made them one of the best defensive units in football so far IMO.

Now the only question is can they stretch it out for the entire season and be consistent?

As long as brees is leading that team, they will be fine

I wasnt expecting 3-0 (figured 2-1 at best) but they are showing that they are a damn good team

The extras on MNF alone made it a great football night. The game was emotional and surprizing. Nice way to reopen the Supa dupa Dome!
