Thanks everyone for the kind words. My 8year had 2 touched today. One on the opening kickoff return which he returned for about a 55yard TD and a 60yard run for a TD. In his league when a team is up by 21 the starting runnign backs get pulled. He scored the 1st and 3rd TD for his team, all in the first quarter. So he didn't get to run the ball except for that one carry he had for the TD. I'll post the runs when I get them on the PC. I can't believe how natural the game comes to my 8year old. This is his first year and he now has 8TDs in 3 games with a VERY limited amount of carries. His last 5 touches have gone for TDs. Sorry if I sound like I'm bragging but I'm really just so proud of my son.

My 8year old returned the opening kickoff for a TD today and had this 63yard TD run.

He only got 2 touches today because they were up by 21pts the 2nd time he scored. Starters get pulled per league rules when they are up by more than 20.
