Well it's time for me to get the grill/food ready for the games today. Weather is nice(for chicago)sunny 48*F light south wind. I'm smoking a 4lb chicken with fresh apple wood with garden brussel sprouts and some 26-30 count shrimp for an appetizer. Oh and some cold beer.
Well it's time to go.

Well the Nebraska-sCUm game is always on the day after Thanksgiving so turkey is out of the question. perhaps this year I'll find so buffalo meat to serve up for the game.
