My friend has a PC problem, everytime he logs off on Windows or shuts down his profile restarts.

He can't get Admin rights and everytime he tries to create a new account that has Admin rights it gives him an error.

Is there anything he can do or is he screwed?

What happens when he tries to? Now just to make sure we're talking about the same account, this one is named "Administrator", and doesn't normally show in the list of users to log in under.

He told me he tries typing in the password but it doesn't work, that's why he tried to create another admin account.
