hey i was wondering what are some good free and easy to use mp3 editing programs out there? i just want to edit songs to put on my phone as ringtones and such so it doesnt need to be some fancy thing,
Yeah, that's just a little bit not on the free side....
If you want free, then you're probably set as long as your media player can convert to WAV. Convert it to WAV, type 'sndrec32' into the the run bar, and then open the WAV and delete everything before and after you want. No need to download anything, and it's about as basic as you can get.
