I keep getting all these popups even if i dont have firefox open (and many of the popups open in IE)

I have run adaware, spybot and spyware doctor (which runs in the background) and everytime i do it finds stuff and supposedly deletes them, yet i continue to get loads of spyware

Anyone have any ideas?
